As an Account Executive 4, you will lead the acquisition of new business opportunities, driving growth across messaging, voice, and email solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will manage full-cycle sales, from prospecting and solution design to contract negotiation and closing, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with highly analytical and consultative sales cycles, leveraging deep industry knowledge to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients in the Financial Services vertical, shaping how they adopt technology to achieve their business goals. The position requires balancing multiple priorities, influencing technical and business stakeholders, and developing strategic territory plans to maximize revenue. You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment that encourages initiative, creativity, and collaboration.
- Drive new customer acquisition while managing assigned revenue quotas, focusing on incremental Account Contract Value (iACV)
- Lead consultative and analytical sales cycles, presenting technical solutions for messaging, voice, and email products
- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements, designing solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Collaborate with finance, legal, pricing, and operations teams to structure mutually beneficial contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM systems, ensuring data-driven account development and territory planning
- Act as a voice of the customer to internal teams, sharing insights to inform product and operational improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to advise clients effectively and drive strategic opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including technical SaaS or CPaaS solutions; minimum 1 year managing analytical or complex products
- Proven ability in outbound prospecting, greenfield account development, and territory expansion
- Experience in solution selling, including understanding technical and business requirements and proposing tailored solutions
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and demonstrate ROI, with experience managing forecasts and financial models
- Ability to influence and build partnerships with technical and business leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred: experience with telecom/CPaaS platforms, SaaS/PaaS solutions, or highly quantitative industries such as Fintech, DevOps, or advertising optimization
