This role offers a dynamic leadership opportunity to drive growth in Enterprise accounts by leading and coaching a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will oversee the execution of complex, solution-based sales strategies, fostering relationships with key executives and stakeholders while ensuring consistent revenue growth. The position requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, particularly in government, education, and large enterprise sectors. This is a hands-on role where you will influence account strategy, mentor team members, and shape the overall sales approach. Success in this position directly impacts organizational growth and market presence, offering a rewarding and high-visibility environment for an experienced sales leader.
- Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Execute a solution-based sales strategy across complex Enterprise accounts, including land-and-expand approaches
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with target accounts to drive new business opportunities
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Oversee account planning, opportunity management, and forecasting processes to ensure predictable revenue growth
- Identify and resolve obstacles to growth, proactively addressing challenges that impact regional performance
- Utilize company tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn, and other platforms to manage and optimize sales operations
- 5+ years of experience in sales management leading enterprise software or SaaS teams
- 7+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS business applications (sales, marketing, HR, finance, manufacturing)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant account growth
- Experience engaging with government officials, educators, and IT professionals within complex procurement environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop teams, while embodying a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as The Challenger Sale and experience in high-growth, fast-paced software environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 USD, with performance-based incentives
