Accountabilities
  • Build and roll out new features with your team, iterating based on results.
  • Drive projects from initial ideation to operational deployment.
  • Analyze, design, and build modular solutions for complex challenges.
  • Maintain critical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
  • Mentor and support fellow team members, engaging in design discussions.
  • Learn and deepen your understanding of our cloud product and customers.
  • Influence the product roadmap and your own career objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven coding skills and operational experience.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote setup.
  • Ability to work across teams and engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Java and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Kubernetes.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing user needs in development.
