Remote Senior Software Developer

This role involves building and expanding a platform that offers full-stack observability across various applications. You will contribute to high-availability systems while collaborating with a diverse team driven by innovation and transparent communication. Accountabilities- Build and roll out new features with your team, iterating based on results.
- Drive projects from initial ideation to operational deployment.
- Analyze, design, and build modular solutions for complex challenges.
- Maintain critical systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services.
- Mentor and support fellow team members, engaging in design discussions.
- Learn and deepen your understanding of our cloud product and customers.
- Influence the product roadmap and your own career objectives.
- Proven coding skills and operational experience.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote setup.
- Ability to work across teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience with Java and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Kubernetes.
- Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing user needs in development.
