Account Development Specialist

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
🎓 Training: First 2 weeks onsite | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Account Development Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you enjoy connecting with people, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals—this is the role for you.
In this position, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make an impact.
💼 What You’ll Do- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support business growth initiatives
- Understand customer needs and present solutions that align with their goals
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently support customer conversations
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Proven experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone, including cold calling experience
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web-based tools
- Experience with CRM, ERP systems, or contact center technologies is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer and sales data to guide outreach strategies
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred

Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected pay range for this role is $23–$26 per hour, which equates to approximately $47,840 – $54,080 annually based on a full-time schedule.
Final pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
