This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize clinical supply chain operations for a growing pipeline of innovative therapies. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of clinical materials across global studies, managing vendor partnerships, and developing strategies that support both clinical development and commercial launch. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics. You will guide a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity and regulatory compliance. - Lead a team responsible for planning, executing, and delivering clinical supplies in alignment with clinical development plans
- Develop and manage clinical supply strategies, including demand forecasting, inventory management, labeling, packaging, cold chain logistics, and distribution
- Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance for sourcing, secondary packaging, and distribution of clinical materials
- Author, review, and approve clinical and technical documentation, including trial protocols, labeling, and regulatory submissions
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) across all supply chain activities
- Perform supply forecast modeling, monitor inventory targets, and manage budgets for assigned programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical supply chain efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a scientific or related field
- 6+ years of experience in clinical supply chain and logistics, preferably with global Phase 3 or complex clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP, GDP, and import/export processes
- Proven experience managing clinical supply and logistics activities including forecasting, inventory, labeling, packaging, and distribution
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in fast-paced or start-up environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
