This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the sales strategy for a dynamic, fast-growing digital consultancy. You will drive regional revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and spearhead business development across mid-to-enterprise clients. By implementing account-based strategies, optimizing partnership channels, and expanding into key industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, and Life Sciences, you will have direct impact on market share and revenue performance. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, enabling you to mentor teams, close high-value deals, and collaborate closely with delivery and executive leadership. Your work will define how the organization engages with clients, develops solutions, and positions itself as a market leader.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including direct management of high-value, complex deals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals through performance management, goal-setting, and ongoing coaching
  • Drive industry-specific growth in sectors such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Life Sciences using market potential analysis
  • Collaborate with delivery and product leadership to design and launch packaged offerings and accelerators aligned with global Go-To-Market plans
  • Optimize revenue from key technology partnerships, including Salesforce, AWS, and Shopify, while maintaining pipeline health and accurate forecasting
  • Establish and manage processes for inbound lead follow-up, ensuring maximum conversion and business development efficiency
  • Provide regular market insights and customer feedback to inform corporate leadership on trends, opportunities, and future service offerings
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing within Salesforce services or digital commerce solutions
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive experience selling multi-platform solutions to mid-to-enterprise level clients at the C-level, including closing 6–7 figure deals
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, system integrator ecosystems, and market trends to inform sales strategy
  • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, CRM utilization, and sales reporting for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including delivering insights to corporate leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
