This role offers the opportunity to lead the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, providing strategic insights that directly influence business performance and growth. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes, partnering closely with business leaders and executives to optimize decision-making. The position requires strong financial modeling expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will contribute to shaping the company’s strategic direction and drive measurable impact across multiple regions. Flexibility to collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders is essential, along with the capacity to lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to business leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze financial results, identify key trends, and communicate drivers of performance to executives and stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
- Oversee and enhance FP&A systems, processes, and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with the controller to ensure month-end close accuracy, proper accruals, and timely reporting.
- Support cross-functional teams by integrating financial analysis into business initiatives and operational strategies.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, Bill.com, Adaptive Insights, or similar, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Flexibility to support U.S. Eastern Time business hours for meetings, reporting deadlines, and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Comfortable with occasional early morning or evening calls to align with U.S. teams and deadlines.
