- Build, hire, and develop regional leadership teams, coaching managers to set high performance standards and drive accountability
- Ensure consistent execution of territory strategy, coaching, performance management, and adoption of core field systems across all regions
- Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and ownership at the manager level
- Spend time in the field to observe performance, reinforce expectations, and provide targeted, skills-based feedback
- Support enterprise client partnerships, collaborating with regional managers and internal teams to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success
- Serve as the link between field teams and headquarters, identifying patterns, removing blockers, and scaling effective practices
- Foster a high-performance culture by identifying emerging leaders, managing hiring and promotions, and promoting a patient-first, mission-driven approach
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a manager-of-managers in a field-based sales organization, ideally in healthcare or enterprise sales
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and coach high-performing leadership teams
- Track record of translating strategy into clear, repeatable execution at scale
- Experience engaging with large, complex enterprise clients and comfortable in senior-level external conversations
- Strong talent judgment with experience hiring, promoting, and performance-managing leaders with fairness and decisiveness
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments and implement systems for consistency and accountability
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and dashboards to guide field performance
