Job Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven Purchasing Analyst with hands-on Coupa experience to strengthen our procure-to-pay operations. In this role, you will approve purchase orders within delegated authority, analyze purchasing data to surface insights and savings opportunities, and support supplier sourcing and negotiations. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Quality to drive compliant, efficient purchasing.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Purchase Order (PO) Approvals & Policy Compliance
    1. Review and approve purchase requisitions and POs in Coupa within delegated authority.
    2. Validate coding, supplier, pricing, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
    3. Partner with Coupa admin/Procurement Ops to keep approver chains, user roles, and limits current.
  2. Purchasing Analytics & Performance Management
    1. Build and maintain reports/dashboards on spend, cycle times, contract leakage, and supplier performance.
    2. Monitor purchasing KPIs and identify sourcing opportunities.
  3. Supplier Sourcing & Negotiations
    1. Partner with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies.
    2. Lead or support negotiations on pricing, terms, and service levels.
    3. Track supplier KPIs and conduct QBRs.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    1. Work with Finance/AP on invoice holds and accrual accuracy.
    2. Coordinate catalog/punchout expansions and item governance.

Job Requirements │ Skills │ Education:

  • Required Qualifications
    • 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
    • 2+ years of Coupa hands-on experience
    • Proficiency with Excel and Power BI
    • Experience with supplier negotiations


  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or supply chain management
    • Experience running sourcing events
    • Knowledge of catalog/punchout strategies.
    • Familiarity with AP workflows.
    • Exposure to KPI design.

Physical and Intellectual Requirements:

Manual dexterity for manipulating small items; regularly lift at least 50 pounds throughout each shift and to be able to lift 75 pounds on occasion. Able to handle standing, walking and sitting for 4+ hours with limited rest intervals; good eye-hand coordination; fair eyesight (with or without correction lenses); normal hearing in at least one ear (hearing range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz); ability to analyze situations, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective organizational skills; a commitment to continuous learning; an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
