Utilizing your keen ability to identify and quantify risks and opportunities, the Advanced Program Management Associate will manage the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. You’ll coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products and monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.

Overview:

Leads the development and delivery of new and upgraded products in the Production Environment, managing timelines and budgets, and driving project completion, while also fostering strong internal relationships and clear communication, with problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to guide teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or existing products.
  • Identifies and quantifies risks and opportunities during daily staff meetings
  • Identifies issues, tracks progress, and follows through on corrective actions.
  • Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules, and monitoring budget/spending.
  • Works with Finance to minimize variances
  • Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Maintain Metrics Reports for Management Review

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • General ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Works on problems of limited scope.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Builds stable working relationships internally.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, innovative responsibilities requiring advanced proactive decision-making skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems. (Oracle Preferred not required)
  • Experience with Production Floor Process
  • Receives general guidance on work.
  • May provide work direction to other employees, but lacks authority to discipline or reward

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent relevant experience is required.

Proficiency level:

  • Proficient/ Experienced


Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $37.97 - USD $40.73 /Hr.
