You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling systems that optimize workflows across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Working closely with product, data, design, and manufacturing functions, you will develop tools, automate processes, and provide visibility into performance metrics. The position blends hands-on problem-solving with cross-functional leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in complex systems, enjoys strategic thinking, and is energized by building scalable operations from the ground up. You will directly impact the organizations ability to scale efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.Accountabilities:
  • Build scalable operational systems and workflows in collaboration with workforce, quality, and training teams.
  • Partner with product and data teams to design custom tools, automated solutions, and system enhancements.
  • Lead architecture and strategy decisions, ensuring operational infrastructure supports current and future growth.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to implement automated design solutions.
  • Establish data tracking, reporting, and analytics to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex operational challenges into clear summaries and actionable plans for senior leadership.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks, design solutions, and lead pilots or rollouts to operationalize improvements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Strategy Operations, Product, Data, Design, and Manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles, with consulting, strategy, or product operations experience a plus.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience delivering cross-functional system rollouts.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives effectively according to impact and business needs.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable systems and processes.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills to translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience building workstreams from 0 to 1 in support of new product or process introductions.
  • Bonus: experience with marketplace models, startup acquisitions or IPOs, and strong professional references.
