About the role
At Marioff Germany our mission is to deliver cutting-edge HI-FOG high-pressure water mist fire suppression systems to our esteemed customers. As we’re growing our team, we are searching for a dynamic and dedicated Project Engineer to join our professional organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role / area of responsibility, preferably from the construction industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field or Technician/Master Craftsman education, preferably in the field of piping, heating, and plumbing
- Excellent communication skills with a fluency in German and English language
- Solid organizational skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel, Category B driver's license
- Strong computer skills & MS Office, CAD software knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as well
Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:
- Experience from the following fields: Fire Suppression /HVAC/Gas systems/Sanitary products/Wastewater treatment or other building services/construction engineering field
- Knowledge of fire protection standards and regulations
- Experience in applying the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB)
- Experience in implementing ISO certification
Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will be and integral part of the high-quality delivery of HI-FOG water mist fire suppression system projects to our customers. Your mission: to ensure that our customers' needs, specifications and requirements are met, all while upholding the critical standards of security and precision.
- Participation in project planning & scheduling
- Verification of system/plant design parameters, preparation of measurements based on isometric drawings
- Creation of P&ID diagrams & framework parameters for assembly planning
- Taking part in construction monitoring & review of construction site documents
- Creation of project documentation and review of audit documents
- Quality assurance + ISO certification support
- Project forecasting, preparation of offers and all necessary documents for project accounting
