- Plan and execute large-scale conferences, side events, and executive dinners, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines
- Partner with Marketing, Enterprise, Partnerships, and Executive teams to create high-impact event activations
- Build and maintain repeatable event playbooks, vendor lists, risk logs, and post-event retrospectives
- Negotiate contracts and manage external vendors to ensure deliverables align with expectations
- Track ROI and success metrics for each event, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Ensure all events consistently reflect brand standards and deliver exceptional attendee experiences
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain visibility and accountability throughout event planning
- 68 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management, preferably in tech, fintech, or crypto industries
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple mid-to-large scale events end-to-end
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management skills
- Proven track record of operational excellence and process development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stakes environments
- High emotional intelligence, capable of representing the brand with confidence
- Experience working remotely in an asynchronous environment and traveling for in-person events when required
- Competitive salary range of $129,600$144,000, with actual compensation based on experience and skills
