About This Position
Position Overview
The Total Rewards Administrator supports the day-to-day administration and governance of WeDriveUs compensation, benefits, and retirement programs across a complex, multi-location workforce, including union and non-union populations. This role is responsible for ensuring pay accuracy, benefits integrity, regulatory compliance, and a consistent employee experience across compensation and benefits programs. The position partners closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, CSC leadership, and external vendors to support administration, audits, testing, and employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities Compensation AdministrationAdminister wage and salary changes related to merit increases, promotions, job changes, market adjustments, and collectively bargained rate updates
Enter, audit, and validate compensation changes in ADP to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls
Partner with HR and CSC leadership to support scheduled and off-cycle CBA rate changes across multiple locations and labor agreements
Support compensation audits and internal reviews through data preparation, reconciliation, and documentation
Ensure proper calculations, tax treatment, and withholdings related to incentive, commission, and other variable pay programs
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions through the benefits inbox
Perform weekly retirement reconciliations across all company-sponsored and union retirement and pension plans
Coordinate and complete required testing, audits, and reporting for 401(k) and pension plans
Collaborate with payroll and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely administration of programs
Manage employee communications and education related to retirement and pension plans, including eligibility, enrollment, and plan changes
Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing compensation and benefits administration, including ERISA and labor agreement requirements
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and internal controls
Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes, workflows, and documentation
Provide accurate data and insights to HR leadership to support workforce planning and financial decision-making
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
Two to four years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration
Experience supporting retirement plans, payroll integrations, and compensation changes in a multi-location or unionized environment preferred
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP, Workday or UKG
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
