Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning

At Environment Control, we have a passion for quality. We are a commercial cleaning company with over 50 years of experience, and we are currently looking for a Supervisor to oversee accounts in the West chester, Ohio area.

• Train new employees and retrain staff as needed

• Ensure employees check in each morning.

• Perform building inspections

• Resolve customer complaints

• Provide fill-in cleaning and coverage for open accounts

• Work with employees to clean within budgeted time

• Perform Supply and equipment delivery when needed.

• Submit daily operations reports at the end of each shift

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday (may include weekends)

• Start time as early as 8:00 AM (some flexibility)

• Typical end time no later than 5:00 PM

• $18.00 per hour

• Company Vehicle (Must qualify for our insurance)

• Weekly pay

• $50 bonus after 90 days
