Position: Line Cooks (Multiple Openings)
Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour + tips (based on experience)
Location: QUA- Fountain Valley, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Work Location: In person

Team Bonding Events
Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment
Ensure 100% responsibility for food quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
Stock and maintain food levels at assigned stations to support smooth service
Portion, season, marinate, and prepare food items prior to cooking
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Properly handle, label, store, and rotate food products
Follow plating, garnish, and presentation standards for all dishes
Assist with food prep during off-peak hours as needed
Properly close the kitchen following established closing procedures
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar cooking role
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler Card required (training provided with paid hours if needed)
