Position: Line Cooks (Multiple Openings)
Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour + tips (based on experience)
Location: QUA- Fountain Valley, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment

  • Ensure 100% responsibility for food quality, consistency, and presentation

  • Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards

  • Stock and maintain food levels at assigned stations to support smooth service

  • Portion, season, marinate, and prepare food items prior to cooking

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times

  • Properly handle, label, store, and rotate food products

  • Follow plating, garnish, and presentation standards for all dishes

  • Assist with food prep during off-peak hours as needed

  • Properly close the kitchen following established closing procedures

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar cooking role

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Food Handler Card required (training provided with paid hours if needed)
