Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, personable, and service-driven All-Inclusive Resort Coordinator to join our remote team. This role involves assisting clients with planning and booking resort vacations tailored to their needs, while delivering top-tier service throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, travel dates, and budgetRecommend all-inclusive resorts that best match client needs and expectationsResearch resort options, amenities, and promotions using approved booking toolsCoordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely communicationAssist with special requests, itinerary changes, and follow-up supportMaintain accurate client records and manage booking documentationStay updated on popular resort destinations, seasonal promotions, and hospitality trends
Qualifications:Previous experience in hospitality, booking coordination, or customer service is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneouslyTech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms and digital toolsSelf-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently in a remote settingMust be 18 years or older with access to a computer and stable internet connectionPassion for vacation planning and delivering exceptional service
