About This Position
Community Health Coordinator

Work location: Primarily remote within the DFW metroplex; however, it does require one day a week (Tuesday) to be on site at the Clearfork office location (5420 Clearfork Main, Fort Worth)
Work hours: Flexible hours (generally scheduled around 30 but flexible). Please note: it is required to be on-site and in the office on Tuesday of every week.

Here's What You Need
Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required and Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
1 Year Community health experience working with culturally diverse individuals providing program coordination support to include: At least 6 months demonstrated experience coordinating volunteer services/programs serving diverse populations, managing data collection and reporting, organizing and synthesizing information from multiple sources and partners, and managing relationships with external organizations REQUIRED and
6 Months Experience in Food Systems efforts or working to address food insecurity preferred
Skills
Bilingual Preferred: English and Spanish
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations imperative.
Ability to problem solve, time management skills, detail-oriented, ability to work independently as well as with others, strong organizational & prioritization skills, and ability to motivate and inspire others.
Entry level experience using Excel required; intermediate level experience preferred.
What You Will Do
• Leads cross-functional coordination of Food Access and Policy programs: organizing program timelines, materials, and deliverables; documenting program plans and efforts; and coordinating administrative duties, such as scheduling and meeting facilitation
• Synthesizes, collects, and analyzes raw food access project data, compiles quarterly reports for food access efforts, and tracks key metrics to show impact and ensure efficiency
• Supports the development of new internal and external-facing resources (i.e., toolkits, guidebooks, nutrition education materials, outreach, marketing materials, and presentations) for community and other stakeholder distribution
• Serves as programmatic liaison to internal and external stakeholders as needed under the supervision of the Program Director and Program Manager and actively participates in community engagement activities and events with external and internal stakeholders
• Develops and effectively manages program timelines to ensure timely completion of program deliverables and disseminates programmatic and marketing materials when required
