Joint Training Specialist - Assessments - USTRANSCOM at NEMEAN SOLUTIONS LLC – Scott AFB, Illinois

Job Overview:

The Joint Training Specialist - Assessments provides analytical, statistical, and modeling support for USTRANSCOM exercise assessments and reporting, delivering decision-level insights to senior leadership.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze exercise data using JTT, ADVANA, MSS, and C2IE.
• Develop TPAs, MTAs, AAR inputs, and assessment reports.
• Support JTEEP Annuals, AJA, EC, and campaign plan reporting.
• Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling.
• Coordinate data collection with AMC, MSC, SDDC, JECC, and CCMDs.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, operations research, or related field.
• 6+ years of DoD exercise assessment or data analysis experience.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Security Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
