- Manage relationships with key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and account growth.
- Engage proactively with clients through regular updates and meetings.
- Monitor and resolve client support issues effectively and efficiently.
- Analyze clients' product usage and identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM entries for all client interactions and agreements.
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned with client objectives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in managing and upselling to B2B accounts in the technology sector, preferably SaaS.
- Bachelors degree in Technology/Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of complex technical products.
- Experience collaborating with technical professionals and C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to handle negotiations and objections effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
