What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone to work with leadership to manage and execute department plans for shipping and receiving of manufactured products
  • Goal oriented; you keep your team focused on the job and department goals
  • Someone with team management skills, who can collaborate across departments
  • Safety Oriented
  • First Shift Lead - Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts

Tasks:

  • Executing the Production Plan set by Manager
  • Supervise a team of up to 10 employees
  • Read and interpret standard production drawings and job specifications
  • Set up shipping lanes
  • Manage clean and orderly work area
  • Manage safety of all employees and machine usage
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Shipping and Receiving leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (logistics, supply chain, etc.) or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to drive a forklift, use a pallet jack and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
