Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings

• Fabricate and install custom sheet metal ductwork using 3x8 sheets

• Install forced air systems, oil furnaces, duct-free systems, and geothermal units

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with all electrical and plumbing codes

• Maintain accurate job records and documentation

• Collaborate with project managers, homeowners, and team members

• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean job site

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• EPA Certification preferred

• NATE Certification preferred

• Strong skills in custom sheet metal fabrication

• Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing systems

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver's license required

Schedule

• Full-time: MondayFriday

• Overtime and weekends may be required as needed

Work Location

• Onsite across the greater Cincinnati area

• No overnight travel expected
