Rally Camps is now hiring for Coaches/Counselors for our Summer youth camps in the LA Area.

Rally Camps is looking to make a positive difference in the lives of our youth (boys and girls ages 4-14) while developing in them a love for traditional sports, games, and recreational activities that are so formative for children. Each camp session is a week long (Monday-Friday) from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Do you know how to teach and have fun? Do you want to spend your summer break outdoors? Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers

• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp

• Execute Rally Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director

• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games

• Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Rally Camps stellar reputation

We are looking for team members who:

• Have a passion for teaching and providing quality leadership in an engaging and energetic way

• Are able to connect with children both one-on-one and in a group setting

• Lead by example with strong character, integrity, and a positive attitude

• Are dependable and reliable; someone we can count on to be there, no matter what.

• Know how to have a lot of fun!!

Qualifications:

• Be available June 15th-August 14th Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a 2-4 week commitment

• Be prepared to travel to site with reliable transportation of your own

• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

• Have child management experience with ages 4-13

• Have experience attending or working at a summer camp

Our Interview Process:

1. Receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview

2. Complete a 15 minute virtual interview

3. Final decision!

Compensation:

Pay is based on skill level and experience.

1. Professional Educator: $20.00/hour (please note you must have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or provide proof of teaching certification in order to be eligible for this hourly wage).

2. Adult w/ Childcare Experience: 18.00/hour

3. Student/Recent Graduate: $17.27/hour
