Job Description:
As a Cyber Operations Coordinator, you will leverage multiple sources of information to identify and develop new opportunities for cyber-related activities that support organizational objectives. The resource will identify new opportunities for intelligence gathering and operations, develop creative approaches to achieving objectives, and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational priorities, including those related to cybersecurity and online operations. The resource will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams to facilitate integrated operations that meet organizational goals, including those that leverage a combination of technical and human sources. The resource will manage various administrative processes, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, an facilitate communication between different levels of management and support functions. The resource should possess a broad understanding of the cyber operations landscape, including the capabilities and expertise of various teams and organizations, to inform and drive new initiatives.

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting technical operations with Sponsor or other IC agencies, to include demonstrated knowledge of operational environments, operational tradecraft, security, and counterintelligence.
- Demonstrated experience integrating into a muti-discipline team and taking a team-based approach to solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated experience with written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex mission critical ideas to audiences with varied technical and operational backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing an array of Targeting Tools/databases for operational leads in support of Technical Operations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with appropriate Sponsor, other USG organizations, and the IC to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads.
- Demonstrated experience using strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational programs, including strong communication skills, time management, interoffice and interagency collaboration, securing operational approvals, and being accountable for operational results.
- Demonstrated experience writing and coordinating cables in customer cable systems.
- Demonstrated experience in spotting, assessing, and developing new cy er operations by proactively seeking Mision Center requirements and reading all source collection to drive new cyber opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience with data management processes and be able to support the team in documenting and tracking data sources.
- Demonstrated experience with security and intelligence protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in crating reports and supporting high-level meetings and reviews.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cyber-related strategies and operations, with a focus on maximizing the effectiveness of available tools and techniques.
