- Lead & coach a client-facing team of bookkeeping and payroll staff.
- Own client experience standards to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Implement and enforce operational excellence and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage capacity and workflow to optimize labor efficiency across the business.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.
- Track KPIs and publish insights to improve performance and outcomes.
- Uphold compliance with policies and escalate risks accordingly.
- Identify process gaps and propose changes for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture within the team.
- Lead special projects aimed at enhancing the client experience.
- 5+ years of related experience with 2+ years of people leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong operational acumen with proficiency in SOP implementation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results under pressure.
