You will work closely with HRIS, IT, and functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient Workday operations across the enterprise. The position involves hands-on work with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Web Services while supporting system releases, audits, and testing. This role requires a detail-oriented, highly technical professional capable of providing guidance, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance and data integrity. - Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Web Services
- Lead integration architecture, data mapping, testing, and deployment efforts
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process frameworks
- Manage user access, role provisioning, and security changes while ensuring audit readiness
- Support Workday releases with impact analysis, testing, validation, and post-release support
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, functional teams, and third-party vendors to implement scalable, compliant Workday solutions
- Apply project management discipline to initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Workday Integration Certification and/or Workday Security Certification
- 810+ years of hands-on Workday experience with deep expertise in security configuration, Studio, integrations, and reporting
- Proficiency with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Prism, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and validation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Highly collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience integrating Workday with ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS is preferred
- Background in SaaS implementations, enterprise HR technology, and consulting environments is a plus
