In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experience through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will be vital in providing technical leadership and consulting services that empower brands to achieve their goals. You will work with leading industry technology, helping to design and refine advanced strategies that optimize performance and deliver exceptional results for clients. As part of a remote-first team, your contributions will directly influence the trajectory of enterprise-level transformations in customer experience management.Accountabilities

• Provide technical product leadership within the Solution Architect and Development teams and throughout the Professional Services organization both in person and remotely.
• Monitor Genesys product roadmap and communicate updates to pertinent stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities to leverage within Genesys platform and address roadmap impacts to current processes and offerings.
• Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities.
• Develop and deliver technical Proofs of Concept.
• Create and present technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Build and demonstrateGenesys capabilities across various digital channels and functionalities.
• Review RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design and refining solution completion estimates to support sales.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience with technology solution delivery and integration, preferably in consulting roles with Fortune 500 companies.
• 4+ years of deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including successful implementations in large enterprises.
• Experience with migrating from Genesys PureCloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of contact center tools and processes.
• Skills in Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and Generative AI are advantageous.
• Experience with other contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers and senior-level personnel, potentially up to C-suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Genesys Cloud: AI Digital Bots & Knowledge.
