- Lead negotiations for revenue-generating agreements, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Serve as the go-to advisor on privacy, security, and AI compliance for cross-functional teams.
- Advise on the business impact of various EU regulations including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
- Build scalable legal infrastructure by refining templates, playbooks, and processes.
- Partner with EMEA leadership to ensure legal alignment and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Train go-to-market teams on contract procedures, compliance requirements, and risk management.
- 8-10 years of in-house experience with commercial and tech transactions in a SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in GDPR, ePrivacy, and EU data protection frameworks.
- Proven track record of negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and technology partnerships.
- License to practice law in-house in the UK or EMEA jurisdictions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to make complex legal concepts clear for business stakeholders.
- Experience in high-growth environments and comfort with ambiguity.
