By fostering a collaborative environment, you will work alongside Clinical Team Leads to meet project requirements efficiently and effectively.Accountabilities
- Lead and manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
- Develop strategic action plans to optimize CRA services and resource allocation.
- Mentor and coach CRA staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate CRA performance and provide direct support.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet resource needs and site requirements.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to enhance staff performance.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new CRAs.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in scientific or healthcare discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in clinical operations with a minimum of 5 years in onsite monitoring.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing CRAs.
- Proven experience in developing training and evaluation programs for clinical staff.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and people management skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
