Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level, confidential support. This role is critical to the efficiency, organization, and effectiveness of the CEO’s day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Founder & CEO Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and priorities
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for communications, emails, and requests
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage time-sensitive matters
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support personal tasks as needed, including personal appointments, errands, or scheduling.
Strategic & Administrative Support
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure follow-through
- Assist with strategic initiatives, company planning, and special projects
- Support preparation for board, investor, and leadership meetings
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal leadership teams
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Development, and external partners
- Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
Operational & Business Support
- Assist with document management, contracts, and executive files
- Help coordinate site visits, restaurant openings, and leadership travel
- Support company events, executive meetings, and brand initiatives
- Maintain organization across personal and professional priorities as needed

- 3+ years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
- Ability to travel between New York and Miami, and other locations as the brand grows
Work Environment
- Office-based with regular interaction across departments and locations
- Occasional evenings or weekends to support executive or company needs
- Travel as needed to support the CEO
