Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Matchday Credential assistant to represent Bay FC at the staff check-in during all home matches. This position is essential for maintaining proper access control policies for guests of Bay FC on matchdays. The Matchday Credential assistant will be responsible for completing administrative and operational tasks, aiding with any credential issues, and delivering excellent customer service to guests. This is a part-time, seasonal role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for keeping matchday credentials extremely organized and using on-site printing software effectively.
- Opening, operating, and closing PayPal credential check-in on matchdays.
- Effectively utilizing knowledge of credential policies and procedures.
- Providing excellent general communication for guests during check-in.
- Answering questions for guests about activity and service locations inside the venue.
- Ensuring a positive experience at check-in through friendly interactions, proactive engagement, knowledge of match and venue procedures, professional appearance, and service.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Ability to work in extreme pressure situations, be flexible and make changes on the fly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Available for at least 75% of Bay FC home matches at PayPal Park.

Compensation:
The compensation for this role starts at $20/hour.
