- Lead and oversee the implementation of the Security Assessment and Authorization Program.
- Manage multiple teams across the ISaaS program, including professional and technical personnel, ensuring operational objectives are achieved.
- Oversee all phases of program budgets, including forecasting and monitoring financial performance.
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs for products and services.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and assign staff while providing technical guidance as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify business threats, and develop strategies to minimize risks to systems and data.
- Collaborate with government teams to enhance cybersecurity operations and ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Develop standard operating procedures and implement best practices to improve security operations and response capabilities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in Information Security.
- Experience managing multi-site and remote teams.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, federal program execution, and cybersecurity standards.
- US Citizenship required with current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CAP, CISM, or PMP.
- Experience with federal government defense or law enforcement IT programs is highly desirable.
