- Initiate and nurture partnerships with community colleges and higher education institutions to support student enrollment and workforce development goals.
- Plan and execute virtual marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to engage institutional stakeholders and prospective students.
- Coordinate with academic leadership, career services, and workforce development teams to align program offerings with institutional priorities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track partnership progress, proposals, and agreements to ensure timely follow-ups and compliance.
- Develop program pathways, student journey documentation, and engagement strategies to maximize impact and enrollment outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to produce campaign materials, case studies, and playbooks to institutionalize best practices.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 35+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in higher education or workforce development.
- Proven ability to manage consultative outreach, lead nurturing, and relationship-building with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, CRM systems (e.g., Campus Nexus), and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to higher education audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed (up to 20%) and work flexible hours for events and outreach.
- Competitive base salary: $60,000 plus eligibility for annual bonus.
