- Plan to identify Customer's business and IT outcomes along with recommendations for technical capabilities.
- Conduct technology assessments to identify gaps and provide prioritized recommendations.
- Develop a future state roadmap and provide guidance for scalability of Customer's environment.
- Recommend improvements for efficiency, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify potential system degradation and bottlenecks.
- Provide product optimization recommendations and rightsizing guidance.
- Conduct periodic peer comparisons to best practices of similar organizations.
- Facilitate monthly touch points to ensure progression toward Customer's goals.
- Prepare executive business reviews to report on progress and align stakeholders.
- 5+ years experience in Software or SaaS Implementation or onboarding support.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and responsible with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to think and work independently with enthusiasm.
- Good teamwork spirit and supportiveness as a team player.
- Certifications such as VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure or GCP are a plus.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
