Pay: $76,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Role Description

This is a full-time (part-time available as well), on-site role for a Psychotherapist, LCSW located in North West Suburbs of Chicago, IL. The Psychotherapist will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing psychotherapy sessions. The therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Psychology and Mental Health
• Expertise in Counseling and Relationship Counseling
• Knowledge and experience in the field of Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LCSW license
• Experience in senior care or transitional care settings is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
