About This Position
Compensation: $35,000–$45,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends
We are seeking a reliable Parts Department & Service Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment. This role supports both the parts function and service writing when needed, making it ideal for someone with broad automotive knowledge and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Order, receive, and manage automotive parts for internal repair operations
Maintain accurate parts inventory and documentation
Coordinate parts availability with technician workflow
Assist with service writing duties as a backup when needed
Create and update repair orders, estimates, and documentation
Communicate clearly with technicians and service leadership
Qualifications:
Automotive parts or service department experience preferred
Working knowledge of repair orders and parts sourcing
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask in a production-oriented environment
Basic computer skills required
