We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead and grow the Parts Department at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Grand Haven, MI. This is a leadership opportunity for a motivated professional who understands dealership operations, inventory management, and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OEM parts operations, dealership systems, and the ability to lead a high-performing team while maximizing departmental profitability.

• Manage daily operations of the dealership Parts Department

• Maintain proper inventory levels, controls, and stock ordering

• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow

• Monitor and improve gross profit, obsolescence, and inventory turns

• Train, coach, and lead the parts team

• Ensure accurate parts pricing and merchandising

• Handle vendor relationships and warranty parts processing

• Maintain strong customer service with retail, wholesale, and internal clients

• Implement best practices for parts processes, organization, and accountability

• 3+ years of automotive parts management experience (dealership experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Chrysler / Mopar parts operations preferred

• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)

• Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain profitability

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
