Join Our Customer Service - LATAM Support team at Lutron Electronics!

Lutron is looking for a self-driven and team-oriented individual to join our Customer Service - LATAM Support team at our Cartago, Costa Rica office. At Lutron, our top priority is to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.

As a valued member of our Customer Service team, you will be the voice of our company, entrusted with the responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service through sound judgment and dedication. We are seeking proactive individuals who are eager to enhance their customer service skills through meaningful and impactful interactions with our customers.



Responsibilities

  • Order/Return Entry: Process customer orders and handle product returns efficiently
  • Account Management: Provide direct account support including pricing, product availability, order status, and shipment tracking
  • New Customer Support: Assist with setting up new customer accounts and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Your passion for excellence and ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely will ensure each customer feels they have received outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the business to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Leverage your problem-solving skills to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proactively expand your knowledge of our products and different aspects of our business.
  • Build and Retain Relationships: You will play a crucial role in establishing relationships with new customers and retaining existing ones.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years work experience in a customer facing role
  • Fluency in English required (C1 or C2)
  • Fluency in Portuguese preferred
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Cartago CR to accommodate in-office schedule
