In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience through data analytics. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure accurate data collection and insightful reporting. Your expertise will help derive actionable recommendations from complex data sets to optimize conversion performance across web and mobile platforms. This is an opportunity to make significant contributions to data-informed decisions that directly impact our client's business goals.
Accountabilities- Architect and lead tagging and tracking strategy across digital properties.
- Manage data collection integrity through evaluation, QA, and optimization.
- Act as primary analytics liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
- Build data feeds and pipelines from core collection systems.
- Oversee technical data governance and validation of tracking accuracy.
- Analyze web and mobile performance metrics to identify opportunities.
- Develop standardized KPIs and automated reports for actionable insights.
- 4-6 years of experience in web, digital, or product analytics, preferably in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch and data layer architecture.
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics, with experience in Google Analytics and GTM as a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and site tagging techniques.
- Experience with consent management tools and regional data privacy compliance.
- Track mobile app KPIs for iOS and Android.
- Exposure to BI and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
