Work Location: 4115 26th St NW, Rochester, MN 55901 - Onsite

Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary

The client service specialist/paraplanner is responsible for providing client relationship support to Financial Advisors, executing trades and transactions as well as preparing and processing application. Candidates must be willing to obtain or have a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66 and State Life/Health licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors
  • Execute trades and transactions for clients
  • Provide relationship support through managing, gather and analyzing client data
  • Work with clients to resolve issues
  • Prepare and process client applications and checks
  • Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks.
  • Various computer applications, such as database management and word processing.
  • Creates, maintains, and enters data into databases.
  • Schedules appointments using Salesforce CRM software.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, State Life/Health Insurance Licenses or willingness to obtain
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
  • Positive Attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
