Salary:

$18.00/hour + tips

Schedule:

Tuesday through Saturday; 1–4 shifts per week, depending on team availability and club needs. Hours may fluctuate based on member activity and private events.

Opening Shift: Tuesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Saturday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Closing Shift: Tuesday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM; Saturday: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Requirements:

Current Oregon Food Handler's card

Current OLCC Permit

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members with consistency and care
• Deliver a warm, personalized, and exceptional member experience
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Serve beverages and light fare with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate members’ preferences and confidently recommend wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks
• Mix cocktails and prepare beverages according to established standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Replenish inventory and communicate supply needs proactively
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and regulatory guidelines
