We pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment, a team dedicated to innovation and safety, and our strong connection to the Appalachian Basin, the region we proudly call home and operate within.
The Opportunity
As the Construction Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of vital civil construction projects. Your portfolio will include well sites, compressor stations, access roads, facility buildouts, and slip repairs.
Your mission is to ensure every project is delivered within scope, on schedule, and under budget, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will serve as a key bridge between our internal teams – Including Surface Operations, Regulatory, and D&C – and external third-party contractors to ensure our surface infrastructure supports seamless development.

In this role, you will transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on field oversight. Your primary responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day civil construction for surface infrastructure, ensuring work aligns with approved designs and regulatory requirements.
Supervise construction foremen and third-party personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and safety across all jobsites.
Manage the pre-job process, including preparing bid documents, conducting pre-bid meetings, and evaluating contractor awards.
Partner with Asset Development to procure materials and develop annual CAPEX plans; coordinate with Operations to ensure construction schedules don't conflict with maintenance or D&C activities.
Review construction drawings for constructability, conduct regular site inspections, and resolve field conflicts or schedule risks.
Collaborate with HSE teams to enforce safety programs and ensure all activities meet permit conditions and environmental regulations.
Lead punch-list completions, documentation reviews, and the formal transition of assets to the Operations team.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of progressive construction experience specifically within the oil and gas industry.
Proven track record of supervising field construction crews and third-party contractors.
