Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in fencing, decks, patio enclosures, landings, siding, window installation etc.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
• Demonstrated ability to hook up and drive vehicle with utility trailer experience - highly preferred!!
• Demonstrated experience in carpentry (rough and finish)
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
• Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
