Accountabilities:- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and DevOps/infrastructure teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, and cloud-native application deployments.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure uptime across environments.
- Provide technical guidance on deployment strategies, environment management, and infrastructure best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation for pipelines, environment setups, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of healthcare IT solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
