Lexus of Ann Arbor is seeking a professional, friendly, and energetic Receptionist to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional first impression.

As the face and voice of our dealership, youll play a key role in creating the luxury experience our guests expect from Lexus!

Work Monday Saturday with Wednesdays and Sundays off making $16.00 per hour!

What Youll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they enter the dealership
• Answer and route incoming phone calls with accuracy and courtesy
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a welcoming, organized reception and lobby area
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and cashiering (as needed)
• Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
