Position Overview
The Systems Support role is responsible for providing expert-level application support for key construction-related systems. This position requires a strong background in supporting major applications, the ability to understand and assess system capabilities, and the drive to continually expand technical knowledge. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for critical enterprise construction applications, providing advanced troubleshooting, configuration, user training, and support.
  • Evaluate system functionality and performance to recommend improvements, enhancements, or optimizations.
  • Provide hands-on support for cloud-based applications including Procore, CMiC (preferred), along with other Enterprise applications as assigned.
  • Maintain and support SharePoint environments, including permissions, site configuration, and basic development/customization as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure applications are aligned with operational requirements.
  • Analyze, document, and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives, leveraging BI tools (preferred) to extract, interpret, and present data.
  • Create and maintain documentation including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments.
  • Continuously learn new applications and technologies to expand internal support capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience providing application support for major enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to diagnose, understand, and communicate the capabilities and limitations of complex applications.
  • Experience with SharePoint in a support or administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with BI tools and reporting platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting or administering cloud-based applications, ideally including:
    • Procore
    • CMiC

  • Experience with software support in an enterprise environment, at an enterprise level.

This role is full-time on-site; standard work hours with potential weekend/after-hours support.
