The Merchandise Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, proper organization of merchandise, and efficient support of daily warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing products with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately input inventory data into the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for orders, transfers, and shipments
• Label, tag, and barcode products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Adhere to company safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Communicate inventory concerns or issues to supervisors promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Excel, inventory software)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity
• Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and occasional climbing
• May involve working in a non-climate-controlled environment
