ARC is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team! In this role you will play a critical role in helping scale our learning strategy by designing development opportunities, implementing learning technology, and generating insights that strengthen employee engagement and performance. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from administering our Learning Management System to supporting engagement survey insights and building meaningful learning experiences for employees across the organization.



Responsibilities

  1. Drive Employee Learning & Development: Help design & deliver learning and development opportunities that support employee growth and organizational priorities, partner with People & Culture (P&C) and business leaders to identify development needs and translate them into practical learning solutions, support the development of learning pathways and programs that help employees build critical skills and capabilities, coordinate and support facilitation of workshops, training sessions and leadership development programs. Collaborate with P&C to shape, enhance, and oversee key talent processes and systems, driving initiatives that improve both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  2. Manage Internal Learning Technology: Support the administration of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), Organize and curate learning content to create an engaging and accessible employee learning experience, maintain learning records, manage course assignments and ensure smooth program administration, continuously improve how employees access and experience learning resource, develop a plan to communicate and promote blended learning and performance solutions using the internal management systems.
  3. Manage Employee Engagement Survey Efforts: Coordinate the organization’s employee engagement survey process from planning through reporting. Partner with P&C and leaders to interpret results and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement. Help translate employee feedback into actionable development initiatives that strengthen engagement.
  4. Build Learning & Engagement Analytics: Develop reporting and dashboards to track learning participation, program effectiveness and engagement trends, analyze learning and survey data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Use data to help guide future development programs and learning investments.
  5. Support the Growth of the L&D Function: Contribute to the evolution of the organization’s learning strategy and employee development offerings. Stay current on emerging learning trends, tools, and best practices. Bring creativity, curiosity, and new ideas that help strengthen the organization’s learning culture. Collaborate to develop career path and competency models, culture initiatives, and talent processes. Coach managers and key talent to support career development, leadership effectiveness and pipeline growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in organization, leadership and talent development or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledge of organizational learning principles, instructional design methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with intranet design and content management software (e.g., SharePoint, etc.)
  • Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Team, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience administering learning and performance management platforms, LMS, and cloud-based learning delivery methods.
  • Experience coordinating employee engagement surveys or employee listening initiatives.
  • Demonstrated interest or passion for employee learning, growth, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Comfort working with data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills.
