Kingsky Flight Academy is a U.S.-based aviation training center operated by airline captains, with over 60 years of experience. We provide high-quality pilot training programs and partner with major colleges while training both domestic and international students.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On-Site Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for converting inbound and walk-in leads into enrolled students, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, and scheduled visits) into enrolled students
  • Conduct in-person consultations and campus tours for prospective students
  • Understand each client’s goals and recommend the most suitable training program
  • Present Kingsky programs (ATP/CTP, Airline Pilot Program, Type Ratings, etc.) clearly and persuasively
  • Follow up consistently with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
  • Maintain and update all client interactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and their families
  • Collaborate with admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Participate in events, open houses, and marketing initiatives

Strong pipeline management and relationship-building are critical, as aviation sales roles rely heavily on lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (education, aviation, or high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly and close deals effectively
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Organized and experienced with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus)
  • Passion for aviation or willingness to learn the industry

Successful aviation sales professionals typically demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently
