About the role
Marioff Operations is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Sales Logistics team in Kerava. In this role you would be involved in scheduling sales orders and coordinating deliveries together with Operations colleagues, production planners and the purchasing team based on material availability and customer demand.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Sales order processing and scheduling in ERP system based on customer demand, maintain sales order related data in ERP
- Order change request processing
- Customer communication on delivery related topics
- Monitor and analyse delivery issues in co-operation with other operations teams and take corrective actions if needed
- CSC team daily KPI reporting
- Follow-up with delivery plan vs. capacity, COTD and OC metrics
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commercial or other relevant field
- A few years of working experience in Customer Service, Order Management or related field
- MS Office knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
- Customer service mindset, interest for continuous improvement
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, ability to multitask
Considered as an advantage:
